Contrary to my accuweather.com-bred expectations, this morning started out as cold as all of yesterday, and so Evanstonians bundled up in scarves, hats, and hoods. On the sidewalk, I saw a woman's eyes and her glasses and we looked at each other in a moment of possible recognition.
me: Do I know you?
her: I don't know
She started to move her scarf to reveal more of her face, but I still couldn't discern.
me: Well I hope you're having a great day, whoever you are.
her: Aw, thanks! You too!
